This Lab Vacuum Pump by Lab Fish seems to be a good product. If you have never had any type of vacuum pump they can be a bit noisy, but this one is average in noise relative to its size. It boast an “Oilless” diaphragm vacuum filtration pump. Diaphragm pumps are a great way to keep the pump side of things completely separated from whatever you are pumping. In this case its designed creates a vacuum to pull things through a filter. They use these kinds of pumps (albeit not as a vaccum) to move a lot of corrosive materials like salt water or even grey water in RVs. This one is designed rather well and does a good job at being exact in terms of the vacuum pressure gauge. Overall, I am happy to have it and it does a good job.
