Vehicle: 2004 Toyota Sienna LE 2WD 3MZ-FEI've been chasing a P0441 and P0442 engine code for a few years now and I believe this solved it. You can buy the whole set of valves(it sits in the valley between the valve covers) for a few hundred bucks, but replacing this part by itself is more economical. It's OEM so it should hold up for the life of the motor. So far the code has not returned after 600 miles(around 2 full tanks of gas).
