We have been using this fan for 18 months now. We use it every single night weather it is cold or warm. We enjoy the breeze during the summer and the white noise during the winter. We tried a white noise machine and it didn't cut it. This fan is loud enough to block out nighttime noise, but not loud enough to keep us awake (and we use the highest setting!). It is a smooth, even sound.Our bed sits very high and this fan is taller than most. Because of its height, we are able to feel the breeze and keep cool on hot summer nights. The remote control works well and always works when used from across the room. The fan is easy to assemble, easy to clean, and easy to operate.I am pleased with its efficiency, durability, and sound. I am thrilled with this purchase!
